Media Arts Team Mission
Red Hills Media Arts is a community of production techs who use their calling and talents to create an environment of corporate worship in order to glorify God, inspire people towards transformational relationship with Jesus, make disciples, and proclaim the Gospel.
Are you passionate about serving the church and using your skills to make a difference? Join our Media Arts Team and be a vital part of creating a meaningful worship experience. No experience necessary! We're looking for individuals with a heart for serving and who are willing to learn. We'll provide training and support to help you succeed in your role. We're asking for a commitment of at least one Sunday a month for each position.
Camera Operator
Responsibilities: Maintaining a focused shot on the speaker as they move across the stage.
Importance: Ensuring a clear and engaging visual experience for the congregation.
Commitment: Required for the 9:30AM service only.
Main Engineer
Responsibilities: Handling front-of-house mixing, balancing the band and vocals, cuing other mics for public speaking, and managing music and light transitions.
Importance: Delivering high-quality audio and ensuring a seamless worship experience.
Commitment: Required for Thursday night rehearsals (7:00 - 8:30PM) and three Sunday services (6:30AM - 12:00PM).
Media Presenter
Responsibilities: Working within Pro Presenter to advance presentation slides, cue music and transitions, turn captioning on and off, and perform basic camera switching.
Importance: Coordinating the visual elements of the service and providing essential support to the team.
Commitment: Required for three Sunday services (6:30AM - 12:00PM).
Tech Director
Responsibilities: Overseeing the team, ensuring cues are hit, managing the lobby video feed, checking live camera feeds, and serving as the point of contact for technical issues.
Importance: Providing leadership and ensuring a smooth and efficient technical operation.
Commitment: Required for three Sunday services (6:30AM - 12:00PM).
