Red Hills Church is a community following Jesus from fear to love. Because every ministry role carries a degree of influence, we want to ensure that the expectations for each role appropriately reflect its level of leadership and responsibility.

Our Ministry Team onboarding process is designed to provide clarity around expectations for conduct, beliefs, spiritual maturity, and alignment with the mission, values, practices, and theology of Red Hills Church.

Joining a Ministry Team:

Step 1: Leadership Influence Areas Structure

• Read Section 1 of the RHC Ministry Team Handbook and Lifestyle Commitment in its entirety.

• Review the expectations associated with each level of each leadership influence area and structure.

• Complete the acknowledgment and signature at the end of Section 1.

Step 2: Ministry-Specific Handbook(s)

• After signing Section 1, you will receive a link to Section 2.

• Review the handbook(s) for the specific ministry area(s) where you are interested in serving.

• Complete any additional acknowledgments or next steps outlined for your ministry role.
